  • How do I place an order? Placing an order is quick and secure. First, add your desired items to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page using either the standard checkout or PayPal option. On the checkout screen, enter your required details, including your email address, full name, and shipping address. If you possess a valid promotional code, enter it into the Discount field and click apply before proceeding. Next, select "Continue to Shipping Method" to verify your delivery address (if your billing and shipping addresses differ, please ensure both are entered accurately). Finally, proceed to "Payment Method," enter your payment details, and select "Complete Order." A confirmation screen will appear, and a copy of your order details will be sent via email.   • What should I do if my order is missing items or contains the wrong product? If your order arrives with missing items or an incorrect product, please contact customer support immediately. When reaching out, please include your order number and a clear photo demonstrating the issue (file size under 1MB).   • How can I confirm that my order was successfully placed? Upon successful completion of your transaction, an automated confirmation email containing your order number and purchase summary will be sent. If it does not appear in your inbox, please inspect your spam or junk folder.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Order modifications or cancellations may be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is placed. Beyond this deadline, orders enter the fulfillment process and changes can no longer be accommodated. Please submit your request to info@glueassociates.hk.
