SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing and Fulfillment Schedule Orders are formally processed and dispatched exclusively on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders received during weekends or statutory holidays will be handled on the following business day. Standard order preparation and processing require up to five (5) business days following successful payment confirmation.
2. Transit Times and Global Delivery Destinations We provide worldwide shipping services. Once a consignment has been dispatched to our international logistics partners, standard transit requires approximately 10 to 20 business days. Please be advised that definitive delivery dates may fluctuate due to factors outside our direct control, including:

If a specific geographic destination cannot be serviced due to carrier limitations, you will be notified immediately to arrange an alternative resolution or order cancellation. Depending on regional inventory allocation, items may be dispatched from regional distribution warehouses or shipped directly from manufacturing facilities in the United States, Canada, or Australia.
3. Shipment Tracking Protocols Upon dispatch, an automated confirmation email containing an international tracking number will be generated and sent to your registered email address. 4. Shipping Fees and Address Modifications

Flat Rate Fee: All international consignments are subject to a uniform flat shipping rate of $2.99 USD, independent of the destination country.

Alternative Billing/Shipping: Orders may be dispatched to a delivery address that differs from the specified billing address.

Address Amendments: Requests to modify a delivery address must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the date of purchase. Beyond this cutoff window, orders enter the automated fulfillment sequence and modifications cannot be guaranteed.
